At the international scientific conference Contemporary Trends in Psychology (STuP 2026)<\/strong>, held from 22 to 24 October 2026 at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad, the paper entitled Work and Social Resources as Predictors of Life Satisfaction Among Employed Women in Post-Transition Croatia<\/em> was presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The paper was authored by Ma\u0161a Tonkovi\u0107 Grabovac and Dario Pavi\u0107<\/strong> from the Faculty of Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb, and Iva \u010cernja Rajter<\/strong> from the Ivo Pilar Institute of Social Sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The study examined the relationships between working conditions, work\u2013family conflict, family social support, and life satisfaction among employed women in Croatia. The findings indicate that greater job control and stronger support from partners and other family members are associated with higher life satisfaction, whereas work\u2013family conflict is associated with lower life satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The research highlights the importance of both occupational and family resources for the well-being of employed women in the context of post-transition social changes.
