Prof. Iva \u010cernja Rajter, PhD"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iva \u010cernja Rajter is a Research Associate at the Ivo Pilar Institute of Social Sciences and an Assistant Professor at the University of Zagreb. She obtained her PhD in 2022 in the field of career development. Her research focuses on career development, career counselling, lifelong learning, psychometrics, and quantitative research methodology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She has published more than 20 scientific papers and three book chapters in the fields of career development, career counselling, and lifelong learning, and has presented her research at more than 50 scientific conferences. She has participated in several national and international research projects. She is currently involved in the projects <em>Compatibility between Students\u2019 Interests and Vocational Secondary School Programmes: Measurement, Monitoring, Antecedents and Consequences of Fit (VETFIT)<\/em> and <em>Intra-European Migration of Young Workers in the Context of Contemporary Career Theories (WorkMobil)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is a member of the European Doctoral Programme in Career Guidance and Counselling and one of the founding members of the Network for Innovation in Career Guidance and Counselling in Europe (NICE).
